The City of Poway and Friends of Poway Seniors have partnered together to bring the highly anticipated Congregate Meal Program to our community! With delicious food provided by the O'side Kitchen Collaborative, the Congregate Meal Program is the perfect place to share a meal with family, friends, and new acquaintances.

Reservations are required in order to participate in this program. 

Days: Monday - Friday

January 2022 Congregate Meal Program Menu

Time: 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Location: Community Park, Oak Hall East

Fee: $5 per participant; reservations can be made in advance but must be made by 12 p.m. the day before 

Reservation Information: Interested parties can make reservations in-person at the Mickey Cafagna Community Center front desk. Payment is due at the time the reservation is made. Cash or credit card accepted. Please note that all sales are final.

Poway Senior Drive-Thru Food Distribution Program

The City of Poway and Jewish Family Service are collaborating resources to provide 21 meals per person per week to qualified seniors in Poway.

  • Every Wednesday from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.
  • Food is currently being distributed at Community Park at 13094 Civic Center Drive; Poway, CA 92064
  • Distribution is a touch-free drive-thru service
