Automatic Payments by eCheck or Credit Card
- Login to your Utility Account. You may need to Register if it is your first time using the site.
- Click on AutoPay in the left hand column
- Agree to terms and conditions and click Continue to Payment Provider
- Enter your credit card or banking information
- Confirm your AutoPay setup
There is no cost to you to pay your water/sewer bill via direct bank withdrawal from your checking or savings account. Credit/debit card transactions have a service fee of 3.25% with a minimum charge of $2.95 per transaction.
Registered Users One-Time Payment
- Login to your Utility Account. You may need to register if it is your first time using the site.
- Click on Pay Bills in the left hand column
- Select amount and payment type
- Enter your banking or credit card information
- Submit Payment
Quick Pay without Registration
- Go to Utility Billing payment site.
- Click Pay My Bill - Pay Now
- Enter your Customer Number and Account Number
- Enter payment amount and payment method
- Enter your banking or credit card information
- Submit Payment
All credit card payments are limited to $400 per transaction and a $4.95 service fee will apply for each transaction. Multiple payment will be required for bills over $400.

Pay By Phone
Use our automated phone system to pay using your credit/debit card or eCheck. This option is available 24/7. There is no cost to you to pay your water/sewer bill via direct bank withdrawal from your checking or savings account. Credit/debit card transactions have a service fee of 3.25% with a minimum charge of $2.95 per transaction.

Mail Payment
Mail your payment to the address below. Please write your account number on your check. Please allow 5 business days for delivery.

Drop Box
A drive-up payment drop box is located in the City Hall parking lot. Customers are advised not to place cash in the drop box. Payments placed in the drop box are picked up weekday mornings during City Hall’s regular business hours at 8:00am- payments placed in the drop box after 8:00am will not be picked up or processed until the following business day. This method is not recommended for customers at risk for a disconnection in service.
In-Person
You can pay your water/sewer utility bill at the Customer Services counter at City Hall during normal business hours. We accept cash, money orders and checks only. We cannot accept debit or credit card payments at the counter. You may use our online payment system for debit or credit card payments (a transaction fee will apply).
