Swim lessons at the Poway Community Swim Center are a hot commodity – so before you click to commit, be sure the class is a fit!
Starting Monday, Feb. 16, you can book a free swim assessment and avoid signing your sea creature up for the wrong level. Your “Starfish” could be an “Otter” and, with limited spots per class available, making a switch is not always an option once lessons are in session.
The short assessments are available weekdays at 4:15 and 4:30 p.m. The Swim Center is also offering two expanded time frames on Wednesday, Feb. 25 and Friday, Feb. 27 from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. Registration for the first swim lessons of the year starts the week following (3/3 for Poway residents and 3/4 for everyone).
