#StaySafePoway! Wearing a face covering when you are out in public is an easy way you can help limit the spread of COVID-19 in our community.
Show us how you’re doing your part by following public health requirements for face coverings and you could be a winner! We’re searching for photos highlighting Most Creative Face Covering, Best Family Photo, Most Patriotic (in honor of the 4th of July) and our Overall Favorite. This contest is open to City of Poway residents only.
Send in your photos by midnight, July 5. Prizes for each category will be $75 in gift cards from Poway restaurants (details coming soon).
Your photo may be fabulous, but if we can’t see it, we can’t enter it. For Facebook, make sure the post is share to public (versus just your friends), then use the #StaySafePoway hashtag or tag @cityofpoway. And especially over this holiday weekend, please make sure you’re following public health orders in place to limit the spread of COVID-19. Maintain social distancing. Wear a face covering anytime you’re within 6 feet of others. No gatherings with people outside your household.
