The City of Poway water customers continue to receive high-quality drinking water according to the City’s 2019 Annual Water Quality Report released this week. The annual publication is a state and federal requirement that provides test results of water quality analysis conducted in 2019. Also called a Consumer Confidence Report, the report is intended to educate the public on the extensive monitoring done on tap water and the findings of those tests.
In an effort to be environmentally responsible and reduce costs, the 2019 Water Quality Report is available online at poway.org/waterqualityreport2019. To have a copy of the report mailed, contact Public Works at (858) 668-4703. Once city offices reopen to the public, printed copies of this annual report will be available at the Customer Services counter on the first floor of the Poway City Hall, 13325 Civic Center Drive.
