City of Poway offices will be closed the week of December 26 in observance of the holidays and will re-open on Monday, Jan. 2.
Please note the following:
- Poway parks are open (with noted exceptions) during this time
- Park restrooms are closed on Dec. 25 and Jan. 1
- Lake Poway is closed on Christmas Day, but is open for fishing, boating and hiking on New Year’s day
- Twin Peaks and Meadowbrook gyms, the Swim Center and the Poway Center for the Performing Arts are closed for maintenance
- Poway’s Skate Park is open daily and closes each night at 8 p.m.
- Trash will be delayed one day following Christmas and New Year's holiday observances. View the EDCO trash collection schedule here
- Poway Library will be open until 2 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 24. This holiday closures are as follows: Sunday 12/25, Monday 12/26, Sunday 1/1 and Monday 1/2
City offices will be open regular hours the weeks before and after the holiday closure: Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
