[ARCHIVED] Portions of Midland and Aubrey Roads Closed

Due to the recent rainfall, the City of Poway is experiencing flooding in many areas of the community. City of Poway Safety Services personnel and emergency crews are assessing flood impacted areas. Up-to-date information on road closure will be posted to www.poway.org. The following roads are currently closed due to flooding:

• Midland Road from Twin Peaks Road to Aubrey Road
• Aubrey Road from Community Road to Midland Road

The City has available sand bags and sand, free of charge, at three locations:

• West side of Midland Road, south of Old Poway Park (in the Farmer's Market parking lot)
• Lake Poway Road, east of Espola Road (Overflow Parking Lot)
• South side of Garden Road, east of Floral Avenue (across from Garden Road School)
