The Tailwalker of the week was caught by Roberto Najera this Thursday. It was a seven-and-a-half-pound beauty that he hooked on a jig in Half Moon Bay (see photo).
There were some other nice Tailwalkers caught this week including a 6.4 pounder also caught Thursday.
The bass bite is really picking up, so if you’re interested in hooking one of Lake Poway’s big bass now might be the time to pay us a visit.
We expect the trout bite to pick up again next week when we stock.
Next stock: Trout, March 7th, 1,500 pounds
