Open for fishing and boating tomorrow, Labor Day, September 4th! The high heat this week kept most anglers away from Lake Poway. A few Bluegill and an occasional catfish were the only catches. Cooler weather next week should improve the fishing.
Coming in September and October we have our Fall Camping Series. Camping will be available the nights of September 15th, and October 6th and 20th. The fee is only $25 for up to 5 people. For more details check our website:

When you stop by concessions to buy your permit ask about the best spots and baits. They have up to the minute information. Remember concessions closes at 5:30 PM, so come early enough to buy your permit or boat.
