Catfish season and Night Fishing are here! Brian and Mihailo Radibratovic both got limits after fishing for only a couple of hours on Friday. They were using Mackerel from a boat on the log boom. Opening weekend we saw a lot of limits of good sized fish. We will be stocking catfish July 7th through August 18th (details below) and we will have night fishing until 11:30 PM (boats in by 11:00 PM) Friday and Saturday nights from July 7th to August 26th. During Night Fishing Half-Day boats start at 4 PM and you must bring a lantern. For night fishing arrive before 9 PM when the concessions closes on Friday and Saturday so that you can purchase your fishing permit.

When you stop by concessions to buy your permit ask about the best spots and baits. They have up to the minute information. Remember concessions closes at 6:00 PM Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday, so come early enough to buy your permit or boat.
