The story of the week is the monster 33.2 pound Blue Catfish hauled in by Eric Dickerhoff on March 21st. He caught it on 10 pound test line while fishing on the log boom. After the weigh in and a few photos he released to be caught another day.
Bass are bedding and biting. Plastics and swimbaits are working well.
Trout were a little slower this week which means there are a lot of them still out there waiting to be caught.
Remember this year we have mandatory catch and release of all bass from March 1st through May 31st 2015. Thank you for helping keep the bass population healthy by releasing your bass.
