Fishing has slowed slightly but there are still some bass and catfish biting. The best place for bass is now the eastern shore and north shore. Large roboworms and swimbaits are working best for bass. Catfish have moved back to the log boom and we did see a few limits this week.
When you stop by concessions to buy your permit ask about the best spots and baits. They have up to the minute information. Remember concessions closes at 5 now so come early enough to buy your permit.
