Rollin' & Strollin' is a social dance and move-for-fun class for older adults. Designed for people of all ability and mobility levels, we use the principles of basic line dancing to adapt and create dance steps suitable for moving to music. Instruction will be provided throughout the hour.

Please wear soft-soled shoes and bring water. This program is for adults aged 50+.
