The City of Poway water customers continue to receive high-quality drinking water according to the City’s 2018 Annual Water Quality Report released this week. The annual publication is a state and federal requirement that provides test results of water quality analysis conducted in 2018. Also called a Consumer Confidence Report, the report is intended to educate the public on the extensive monitoring done on tap water and the findings of those tests.
Doing its part to “go green” this year, the City is posting the 2018 Water Quality Report on its website in lieu of sending copies by postal mail to homes and businesses. The report is available online.
Printed copies of the 2018 Annual Water Quality Report are available at the Customer Services counter on the first floor of the Poway City Hall, 13325 Civic Center Drive. To have a copy of the report mailed, contact Public Works at (858) 668-4703.
