Neighborhood Meeting for Proposed Construction

This Neighborhood Meeting is to discuss a Conditional Use Permit (CUP20-007) and a Development Review (DR20-010) application for the construction of a new gasoline station on an existing Walmart site at 13425 Community Road. The proposed gasoline station would be located between the north and south entrance of the Walmart center along Community Road, and consist of six (6) fuel dispensers to accommodate 12 fuel pumps, a 4,387-square-foot fuel canopy, and a 440-square-foot kiosk. The Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN) of the property is APN: 317-130-72.
The applicant will present the proposal in greater detail, answer questions and ask for neighborhood feedback. City staff will also be in attendance to address any City of Poway requirements.
