Paying utility bills may not be fun, but we can make it easy. The City of Poway is launching a new, user-friendly electronic bill payment solution this summer and here's a look at some features:

  • A single sign-on for registering your online bill pay account and payment preferences
  • View and pay your bill online anytime with credit/debit care or e-check
  • Use "One-Time Pay" option to quickly view and pay your bill without registering
  • Schedule future payments
  • Save time and avoid late payments with automatic payment options: 1) AutoPay automatically pays your bill from your default payment method on the due date; or 2) Recurring Scheduled Payments set up a schedule to pay a fixed amount or the bill amount on a specific day of the month
  • Receive email reminders when your bill is ready, when a scheduled payment is pending and receive confirmation after making a payment
  • Pay multiple bills in a single transaction
  • Review up to 24 months of past bills (as they become available)
  • Go paperless and receive bills by email - a convenient and secure billing option that saves paper, stamps and other natural resources
  • Pay by Phone option is available 24/7 - a quick alternative for customers who may not be interested in going online. Enter your account information to get your latest account balance or make a payment
