Water Exercise

A reservation system has been created in order to comply with State and County regulations and adhere to social distancing protocols.  Masks will be required for admittance to the Swim Center and worn outside of the pool only. Please arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to your reservation time.

Pool Closed Dec 14 - Jan 10 for maintenance and facility improvements

Water exercise is a low-impact workout for any ability. Winter Class times are held every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 11:00am-12:00pm. The class is in the shallow end (water level is four feet); advanced swimming skills are not required. Daily admission is required. 

Please note that each class has a 18-person maximum; each person is limited to 2 classes per week.

Class Schedule

Reservations are available in two-week blocks. No same day reservations. The deadline for reservations in one day in advance. (Ex: for a Tuesday reservation, the last day to reserve is Monday.)
