Water exercise is a low-impact workout for any ability. Class times are held every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. The class is in the shallow end (water level is four feet); advanced swimming skills are not required.
During the Summer season, classes are held Monday through Friday 11a.m. to 12 p.m. Please see the current hours for additional details.
