Water Exercise

Poway Community Swim Center has opened the water exercise class for Summer 2021 to Monday-Friday classes! Pay daily admission at the front for entry to the class.

Water exercise is a low-impact workout for any ability. Class times are held every Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. The class is in the shallow end (water level is four feet); advanced swimming skills are not required. 

Join an instructor for an hour long exercise class. Swim weights are provided.

Starting August 16, classes will return to being 3 times a week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday!
