Once your child is enrolled in the Lake Poway Day Camp program, a welcome packet will be emailed to you. The welcome packet will include a letter with details about your child's camp week as well as a blank emergency form, pick-up policy agreement, and camp rules sheet that must be completed and returned by the first day of camp.
If your child requires an Inhaler, Epi-Pen, or other medication while at camp, we must have an appropriate Release Form and Medication Administration form signed by your child's physician. These forms may be found below, or can be e-mailed/mailed to you by request.
