Parks and Recreation | All parks are open for limited use, per the County’s public health order. Playgrounds are open, but please follow State guidelines. | |

Payments can be mailed to our PO Box, brought to our drop box at City Hall, paid online or by calling (858) 248-4291 to pay by debit/credit card. For more details on paying your bill. | ||
The City is suspending water service shutoffs due to nonpayment and will not assess late fees on past due payments until further notice. |
