Water & Sewer Free Online Bill Pay Service
The City of Poway is pleased and excited to announce that Electronic Bill Presentment (Online bill pay) is now available for Water/Sewer Utility Bills. The Online Bill Pay service is free to all water/sewer customers.
To get started, you will need to have your account number and service address available.
Once you establish an online account, you can take advantage of several features including:

Establishing automatic recurring payments through your checking or savings account;

Ability to make one-time payments;

Option to go paperless - you can choose to not receive a paper statement in the mail. Instead you'll receive an email notifying you when your utility bill is available for viewing online; and

Bills and billing inserts will be archived and available online for a period of one year from the time you sign up.
Payment In-Person
You can pay your water/sewer utility bill at the Customer Services counter at City Hall during normal business hours. We accept cash, money orders and checks only. We do not accept credit cards.
Payment Drop-Off
A drive-up payment drop box is also located in the City Hall parking lot. If you are paying on the date the bill is due, do not leave your payment in the drop box- bring it to the Customer Services Counter.
