Blue Sky
Discover the natural diversity of California in Blue Sky Ecological Reserve. The Reserve's 700 acres of riparian habitat, majestic oak woodlands, and hills covered with coastal sage scrub and mixed chaparral provides a natural setting for hikers, nature observation, and quiet reflection.
Community Park
Community Park is home to the Swim Center, Senior Center, Community Center, meeting rooms and auditorium facility for classes and rentals, skate park, tennis courts, dog park, and ballfields.

Dog Park


The Poway Dog Park is an award-winning 1.75-acre fenced-in, lighted, off-leash area for dogs within Community Park. Community Park is open from sunrise to sunset daily.

Goodan Ranch
Goodan Ranch and Sycamore Canyon Preserve offer over ten miles of outdoor recreation trails and service roads for hiking, biking and horse riding.
Swim Center
Community Park Swim Center has one-and three-meter diving boards, open swimming areas, and lap swimming lanes. A one-foot baby pool is available for play during the spring, summer, and fall months.
Lake Poway


Lake Poway offers annual community events, fishing and boating, an extensive trail system, picnicking, softball, summer day camps, and more.

Old Poway Park
See life as it once was at Old Poway Park. Walk among the peach orchards or enjoy a peaceful picnic on the beautifully maintained grounds.  Best of all, come ride the vintage 1907 Baldwin No. 3 Steam Locomotive.
Skate Park
At the Skate Park you can ride the snake run, work the bowl or practice your technique in 12,000 square feet of pool style concrete bowls and rails.  
Trails
Poway's trails are multi-use and are utilized regularly by hikers, bicyclists, and horseback riders. (Bicycles are not permitted in Blue Sky Ecological Reserve.) Trails interconnect with Mount Woodson and Ramona amoung others.
